Voting Ads: New Advertising Format Brings a Breath of Fresh Air to the German Advertising Market

Hamburg/Linz, 09/2018: The young Linz-based start-up Pinpoll is equipping SPIEGEL MEDIA with a new form of advertising, bringing a breath of fresh air to the German advertising market. In the future, voting ads will increase the performance of online advertising on renowned portals such as spiegel.de, bento.de and manager-magazin.de.

The ten-person Pinpoll team provides its tried-and-tested voting technology and services for setting up the advertising media. Voting ads are displayed via special Pinpoll servers and processes that guarantee high visibility and fast loading times on all devices. Voting ads are offered in billboard format (860 x 250 px) and as mobile content ads (300 x 250 px).

"44.76% of the 59,952 people surveyed said: the main thing is that the performance is right!" - not representative, but such insights are extremely exciting for every advertising customer. Jeep was able to enter into a dialogue with website visitors through a voting ad on bento.de and find out what is really important to the target group of 18 to 30 year olds when buying a car - on top of classic banner advertising.
